It holds your time slot and comes off your final invoice. Cancel more than 24 hours before and it's refunded in full.
Can I book a big job online?
Yes. New decks and wardrobes start with a free one-hour site visit that you book online. You get a written quote afterwards, with no obligation.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
If we find something unexpected, like rotten joists, we stop, show you, and agree on the price before going further.
Do you supply the timber?
Yes, in most cases. We buy from local North Shore suppliers and include materials in the quote so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed in NSW with $20 million public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
